Africa has the shape of a Giraffe’s head if you turn the map on it’s side. This is the fundamental outline of the continent. Within this I have created other objects such as a racing car, Hobbit houses, , , a character called Nigel who travels across Africa with his Camera and car, flowers, a pavement ….! The southern part of the continent becomes an aeroplane cockpit and so on.
As with most memory tasks to fix something always do it the same way. So it is very important you the order of the lines do it this way every time. Don’t just copy the map in your own way unless you repeat your sequence.
So I hope you enjoy having a go at memorising Africa. The map of course is not proportionally accurate. The main objective is to know where each country is relative to others and the whole.
